Bergen County prosecutors say an employee at the Land of Make Believe --
an amusement park about an hour west of Englewood -- has been accused
of sending photos of himself naked to an investigator he believed was
actually a 14-year-old girl.
The Frelinghuysen Township man, 22, was taken into custody on Friday.
At the time, he was an employee of the amusement park, but a spokesperson
later told a media source that the man no longer works at the Warren County,
New Jersey, park.
The report said the arrest was the third in the past 12 months alleging
illicit sexual activities at the park or involving park employees, the
media source stated.
Last year, a former park worker filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against
park management and a former supervisor and then police recently arrested
a man, alleging that he took a video of a child urinating in a park restroom.
The man arrested Friday faces two serious charges: attempting to disseminate
obscenity to a minor and attempting to endanger the welfare of a minor.

In unrelated news, there's an update available on the New Jersey teacher
recently arrested on suspicions that had a sexual relationship with one
of her male highs school students.
She is to be arraigned today in Lyndhurst, officials said.
Her attorney indicated that the woman will plead not guilty to all charges:
first degree aggravated sexual assault, second degree sexual assault and
endangering the welfare of a child.
